We have adopted the Agile Alliance Code of Conduct and insist on creating a safe environment for all attendees and speakers.
eXperience Agile’s mission is to redefine the meaning of ‘awesome’, encouraging people to challenge the status quo of their organisations by enabling brilliant people to become even more brilliant. In support of this mission, eXperience Agile wants to ensure a respectful, safe and inclusive environment for everyone, whenever they are engaged in eXperience Agile activities.
We do not tolerate harassing or disrespectful behavior, interactions, messages, or images, by any participant in an eXperience Agile activity, in any form. This includes business and social activities, regardless of location. We ask that you behave in an appropriate and respectful way toward fellow attendees, speakers, volunteers, organizers and committees at the event and during social activities.
We encourage everyone to help in creating a welcoming and safe environment. Please report any concerns, harassing behavior, suspicious or disruptive activity using the contact methods below. eXperience Agile reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from an activity at any time at its sole discretion.
At a conference or event, you can get help or report an incident by contacting any of the following: Program Committee Members, Track Chairs, Registration desk, Volunteers, or Venue Staff. They are all there to support you. If you cannot find any of these people, or are involved in an eXperience Agile activity which is not part of a conference, you can contact us using firstname.lastname@example.org.
