The foreseen presentation will be based on Land Centric, Crisis Response Operations experiences, in Kosovo 2014 and Central African Republic 2018, among other Nations and International Organizations, like NATO and EU, where the Portuguese Army, has been committed to promote Security and Development. We will address the values, principles, culture, processes, seen as part of the Competitive Advantage to support the Strategic Leadership development of the Defense & Security spectrum.
During the presentation, the processes behind the effects, are to be addressed: Decision Process, Leadership, Talents management, Innovation, Multilateralism, Skin in the Game, Ambition for the continuous enhancement.
